Finding a Good Local Church

To find a good local church you'll want to look for a church that teaches sound biblical doctrine. You'll want to find a church that believes in two basic, but most important biblical doctrines. First, a church that preaches a faith Alone based Salvation as the bible teaches in Ephesians 2:8, and not a Works based Salvation. Second, they believe that Jesus is God who came to earth and was fully God and Fully man. Two Natures. 1 Timothy 3:16.

Christian Church denominations that teach a works based salvation are the following and should be avoided:

• Any form of Catholicism
• Methodist
• Lutheran
• Eastern Orthodox
• Anglican/Episcopal
• Mormons/ Latter day Saints

Which Church is Doctrinally Sound to the Bible?

Baptist Churches generally believe in the core doctrines of being a true follower of Christ but be sure to check the "beliefs" section of the church website and check it with the Bible! Its not about the name name of the church, its about what they believe!
